Urban Tree

Urban Tree is comprised of mirror-reflective stainless steel cubes, stacked topsy-turvy, that absorb and reflect the surrounding environment. The result is such that the environment, including sky, trees, plants and houses are reflected in its multiple facets. Seen through the eyes of the spectator, a new series of reflections would appear as the spectator moves. Implicit in the work are demonstrations of illusions and reality, and issues of space and containment.
